How do I place orders?
Ordering at Janie and Jack's Online shop is easy. From the product page, simply select the size of the item you would like and the quantity and click "Add to Bag". When you are finished shopping, click on the Bag button at the top of the page and follow the instructions to check out. If you would like additional assistance placing an order, please contact Customer Service at 0808 258 4433. For credit card security, we do not accept orders via chat or email.
Am I able to cancel my order?
Our systems are designed to get your orders on the way as quickly as possible. Please review your order carefully before checking out. We are unable to make changes or cancel your order once it has been placed.
How does real time inventory work?
Our inventory is managed in real time. Product availability is displayed on each product page. It is important to know that your bag will not reserve the actual inventory on your order until the checkout process is completed.
Items in your bag will be saved for future visits. However, because inventory is not reserved, items can sell out while they're in your bag. This is especially common for low-stock items, such as sale merchandise with only 1 or 2 items remaining.
If an item in your bag becomes unavailable, you'll be notified during checkout and won't be able to complete your purchase until you remove the out-of-stock item. During high-traffic periods, inventory levels update rapidly, so we recommend completing your purchase promptly if you're interested in limited-stock items.
In rare cases where an inventory error results in an oversale after your order is placed, any out-of-stock items will be removed from your order. You'll receive a refund for those items and your order confirmation will reflect the updated total.
What size is the right size?
Select the right size for that special child using our Janie and Jack apparel size chart. Simply look for the child's age, height, or weight to ensure that your purchase will be the appropriate fit.
How do I pay for my order?
For your convenience, we accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and Janie and Jack UK Gift Cards.
If installment or credit options are available at checkout, these are subject to eligibility and provided by regulated lenders. Credit is subject to status and affordability checks.
Is my credit or debit card secure?
The security of your personal information is important to us. When you enter payment details on our website, we use industry-standard encryption technology (including SSL encryption) to help protect your information during transmission.
We also implement appropriate technical and organisational measures designed to safeguard your personal data in accordance with UK data protection law.
While no internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure, we continuously review and enhance our security procedures. If you believe your personal data may have been compromised, please contact our Customer Care team immediately.
For security reasons, we do not accept payment details via email or live chat.

How quickly will my order be processed?
Orders are prepared and dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Please note, we ask for 1-2 business days for order processing.
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. These are provided as guidance rather than guaranteed dates.
While we work closely with our delivery partners, delays outside our reasonable control may occasionally occur.
Responsibility for the goods passes to you once delivery has been made to the address provided.
Do you ship outside the United Kingdom?
To ship to locations outside the United Kingdom, please visit our US website at www.janieandjack.com and choose your destination country from the country picker on the top left of the website.
Can I receive a price adjustment on my purchase?
As a goodwill policy, a one-time price adjustment may be requested within 7 days of purchase on full-price items, provided you present the original receipt.
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
- In-store purchases must be adjusted in the original store of purchase.
- Online purchases must be adjusted via Customer Care.
Price adjustments are not available on sale items, promotional purchases, or during selected promotional events.
This price adjustment policy is offered in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Is there a limit to how much I can order?
Janie and Jack products are sold for personal use only. We do not authorise the purchase of our merchandise for resale.
To support this policy:
- Orders containing unusually high quantities may be reviewed.
- We reserve the right to limit purchases to five (5) items per style, per colour, per customer (excluding stock accessories), regardless of size.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders where we reasonably believe products are being purchased for resale or in breach of these terms.
Stock accessories include basic hair accessories, jewellery, socks, sunglasses, tights and underwear. Fashion accessories and handbags are not considered stock accessories.
We may amend this policy from time to time. Any changes will apply to orders placed after the updated policy is published.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
