Promotional codes cannot be transferred, resold, or exchanged for cash.
Promotions do not apply to gift cards, gift certificates, Hatch products, curated newborn gift boxes, final sale items, selected collaborations, or third-party merchandise unless expressly stated.
Promotions cannot be applied retrospectively to previous purchases.
Purchases made using a promotional code are not eligible for price adjustments.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where we reasonably suspect misuse of a promotion or breach of these terms.
We reserve the right to amend or withdraw a promotion where it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Such changes will not affect confirmed orders.
